LAKE MICHIGAN VACATION HOME
Nestled on the dunes of Little Traverse Bay, the project began with the addition of a garage underneath the home. A full masonry elevator shaft was built to access the second and third floors. The home features floor to ceiling windows, an all glass elevator and modern elements throughout including exposed structural steel columns, mass concrete foundation, and a 40 ft. long structural steel walk bridge.
