Birchwood Construction Welcomes New Family Member

We are pleased to welcome Vicki Millard to the Birchwood Construction Family. As our Director of Human Resources, Vicki ensures our team of dedicated craftsmen and professionals are not only cared for, but empowered to do their best work every day. She believes the true strength of Birchwood lies in the passion and pride each person brings to the job site, the office, and beyond.

Originally from downstate, she made the move to Northern Michigan for its slower pace and richer way of life. Now settled in Topinabee with her husband, they have three sons, six grandchildren, a loyal pup, and a trio of cats. Vicki embraces every season with open arms—boating, biking, snowmobiling, running, or simply soaking in the lakes and trails right outside her door.

Favorite holiday: "4th of July! Good weather, the lakes, chilling & grilling!"

What is Vicki most grateful for? "Family, health, our home. We are truly blessed."
