As an Apprentice you will support the Shop Manager in preparing, coating and finishing various surfaces in the shop and field. This opportunity will provide ands on training and experience in high-end custom homes.

What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality interior and exterior painting.
Prep surfaces thoroughly and apply paints with precision using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and more.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, protecting each client's space as if it were your own.
Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients, team members, and project managers.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure top-tier project execution — the McCaffrey Way.
What You Bring
Professional residential painting experience
Familiarity of tools, materials, and techniques
An eye for detail and a standard of excellence
Clean, organized work habits and strong safety awareness
Reliability, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Strong communication skills and pride in a job well done
Tools of the Trade (You’ll Need These):
5-in-1 tool, caulk gun, putty knives, scrapers
Quality brushes (2.5” sash, 3” exterior), roller frame, cut bucket
Hammer, screwdrivers, nail set, gloves, roller pan, wire brush

$19 – $24/hour, based on experience
