PROJECT ESTIMATOR

As a vital part of our pre-construction and project management teams, you will:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on blueprints, specifications and proposals.

• Create accurate scopes of work aligned with bids and project plans.

• Review and validate subcontractor/vendor proposals for accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to resolve RFIs and clarify requirements.

• Develop and refine project schedules, factoring in lead times and market conditions.

• Research and source materials for precision cost forecasting.

• Partner with Project Managers for smooth project transitions and contract execution.

• Maintain and enhance our cost database to reflect real-time pricing and trends.

• Analyze project data to generate reports and identify industry insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in estimating or residential construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction means/methods, codes, and best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic estimating software.

• Solid understanding of project management and cost analysis principles.
