Chief Morale Officer

Herbie is a Rat Terrier and the four-legged member of the Birchwood Family. As Chief Morale Officer, he is responsible for greeting employees and visitors, making his daily rounds through the office, and maintaining constant awareness of all snack-related activity.

A dedicated member of the team, Herbie rarely misses a day of work and can usually be found wherever people - or food - are gathered. While his direct contribution to Building Cool Sh*t remains questionable, his enthusiasm for employee engagement is unmatched.

Outside the office, Herbie enjoys lounging, keeping watch over his domain, and perfecting the art of looking just concerned enough to earn a treat.

Special talent: Hearing a snack wrapper from three offices away.
