Ken Ordiway

Superintendent

Since joining the Birchwood Family in January of 2024, Ken brings over 30 years of experience in construction, with a focus on trim carpentry. Ken love that challenge that Birchwood brings, but what stands out most is the people he works alongside. They are steady, aligned, and respectful in the work that gets done.

He leads the same way he works: firm, fair, and consistent. A proud Army veteran, he spent four years building the discipline and mindset that still guides him today. His approach is simple - start your day with a purpose. Make your bed. Set the tone. Follow through.

Outside of work, he enjoys time on the golf course, in the garden and time with his son and grandkids.

His greatest adventure? Touring Europe for a summer in a jazz band at 19.
