Executive Assistant
Born and raised in Northern Michigan, and a proud graduate of Central Michigan University, she brings a deep appreciation for the community and lifestyle that make this region so special. As Executive Assistant to our Director of Operations, she plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across the company. From helping streamline employee performance processes and improving office workflows to regularly visiting job sites to monitor progress, she helps keep projects, people, and processes moving forward efficiently.
Inspired by the kindness of others, she approaches every interaction with her favorite piece of advice in mind: “Give them grace. You never know what someone is going through.” Her positive outlook and people-first mindset make her a valuable part of the Birchwood team.
Outside of work, you'll most likely find her enjoying everything Northern Michigan has to offer—especially its lakes. An avid wakesurfer and passionate advocate for the region, she believes there's no better place to spend a summer than on the water. She is grateful for her health, treasures time with family and friends, and looks forward to one day fulfilling her biggest dream: becoming a mom.
When July arrives, you'll find her celebrating her favorite holiday—the Fourth of July—surrounded by friends, sunshine, and life on the lake.
