Kylie joined the BCC Family in September of 2025, bringing her creative eye and passion for design to the heart of our Project Management team. Her days are filled with supporting Project Managers in procurement, coordinating weekly site visits, and ensuring every client update reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and care.
Born and raised in Northern Michigan, Kylie's has always had a passion for interior design since high school and studied it in college. Residential design remains her true main passion, and being part of Birchwood's building process feels like the perfect fit.
For Kylie, the best part of Birchwood is the people. Not only does she love getting to work on these beautiful homes, but everyone who works at Birchwood is so nice and welcoming. It's a very collaborative environment to work in.
Best piece of advice she's received: "Focus on progress instead of perfection."
Favorite Holiday: "Fourth of July! Love being outside in the summer either on the water, camping, or BBQ'ing."
