Micki was born and raised in Petoskey, Michigan, where she still lives today with her husband, their three teenagers—including twin daughters—and a lively household of two dogs and two cats. Whether she's traveling, camping, attending concerts, boating, or exploring Northern Michigan with her family, she embraces every opportunity to make memories outdoors.
What inspires her most is her family. They motivate her to keep learning, growing, and showing up each day with purpose. One piece of advice she carries with her is, “1 + 1 = 11,” a reminder that great things happen when people work together toward a common goal.
