Birchwood Construction Welcomes New Family Member

Andrea Caroffino joined the BCC Family as our Director of Finance in late 2023 as a CPA with 20 years of experience.

She will be leading the Accounting and Finance team at BCC. Her primary focus is strategic planning, financial analysis, and providing financial tools to support the business. She is grateful to join such a wonderful group of kind, professional, and hard-working individuals at BCC. 

Married to her husband Dave, they reside in Harbor Springs with their two kids, Isla and Kyle, along with their two dogs, Pixel and Allie. During the summer months they enjoy Northern Michigan at their cabin in the UP where they love fishing and and spending time on the boat. The rest of the year, you can find them at hockey arenas and soccer fields throughout Michigan. 

Best pizza toppings: Pineapple!

What she is most proud of: "Putting myself through college."
